Resources for Grief and Infant Loss

“Grief is experiential and therefore it must be experienced”, these words came from our counselor and, resist as we may, they are true. The only way to deal with grief is to go through it. But how do you walk along a path that is dark, unfamiliar, and terrifying? We have found the following books, podcasts and resources to be helpful in navigating a new normal, a guide along a foreign road.

  • When Bad Things Happen to Good People by Rabbi Harold Kushner

  • It’s OK That You’re Not Ok by Megan Devine

  • Bearing the Unbearable by Joanne Cacciatore

  • Grief Day By Day by Jan Warner
